I. Personal Data Collection

Yeltek LLC (“Yeltek,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects certain personal information (“Personal Data”) from users (“Users” or “Customers”) in the course of providing managed IT, cybersecurity, and communication services (“Services”). This Policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and under what circumstances it may be shared.

Personal Data collected directly by Yeltek or through approved third-party tools may include:

  • SMS or messaging data when used for alerts, updates, or notifications

Personal Data may be provided voluntarily by the User or collected automatically through system usage. Unless otherwise indicated, the data we request is necessary to deliver our Services. Failure to provide such data may prevent Yeltek from fulfilling certain functions or service requests.

Users unsure which data is required may contact Yeltek for clarification. Users are also responsible for ensuring that any third-party data they provide to Yeltek has been lawfully obtained and that the third party has given proper consent.

II. Use of Personal Data and Purpose of Processing

Yeltek processes Personal Data only for legitimate business purposes, performance of our contractual obligations, and compliance with applicable laws. We do not sell or trade Personal Data.

We also do not share SMS opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Yeltek may process or share Personal Data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and support the Services
  • Manage customer accounts and service requests
  • Improve operational performance, infrastructure reliability, and cybersecurity posture
  • Communicate with Users regarding service status, updates, or account information
  • Analyze and enhance the functionality, usability, and security of our systems
  • Manage authentication, access, and permissions
  • Perform internal audits, quality assurance, and compliance monitoring
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
  • Protect the rights, security, and property of Yeltek, its customers, and users
  • Respond to law enforcement, regulatory inquiries, or legal claims

Yeltek may also aggregate or anonymize collected data for statistical or service-improvement purposes in a way that no longer identifies individual Users.

III. Access and Disclosure of Personal Data

Yeltek discloses Personal Data only as permitted by this Policy, applicable law, or with the User’s explicit consent.

Authorized Access

Access to Personal Data within Yeltek is restricted to authorized personnel whose duties require it, such as those in administration, engineering, support, finance, or compliance roles.

Service Providers and Contractors

We may share Personal Data with trusted service providers or partners who perform operational or technical functions on our behalf—such as data hosting, communication delivery, analytics, or customer support. These entities are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and process data only under Yeltek’s instructions.

Legal and Compliance Disclosures

While Yeltek implements robust cybersecurity controls, no transmission of information via the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users acknowledge that data transmission is done at their own risk.

Processing occurs primarily at Yeltek’s operational offices and through secure third-party environments. Depending on the User’s location, data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside the User’s country of residence, always under adequate safeguards and legal bases.

V. Data Retention

Personal Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to meet contractual or legal obligations, or as required by regulatory authorities.

When the applicable retention period expires, data will be securely deleted or anonymized. Once deleted, Yeltek cannot restore or provide access to such data.

VI. User Rights

Users have the following rights with respect to their Personal Data:

  • Access and Portability: Request access to and a copy of your Personal Data.
  • Correction: Request correction or updates to inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: Request erasure of your Personal Data, subject to legal obligations.
  • Restriction: Request limited processing in certain circumstances.
  • Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw consent at any time for processing based on consent.

VII. SMS and Electronic Communications

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages related to your service, support tickets, or account updates.

  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message or contacting Yeltek Support.
  • Standard carrier rates may apply.
  • SMS opt-in data and phone numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Yeltek’s messaging practices comply with The Campaign Registry (TCR), 10DLC, and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) requirements.
