The link below will allow you to sign into the remote access poral. If you have not been setup for remote access please open a ticket by emailing helpdesk@yeltek.com please provide your first and last name, a cellphone number (MFA) and the device you need access to.

Instructions to access Ninja Connect.

  1. Open your web browser.
  2. Go to: https://yeltek.rmmservice.com/
  3. Enter your username/email and password.
  4. Click Sign In.
  5. If asked, complete any two-factor authentication steps
  6. Once singed in you will see a list of devices you have access to. (see below screenshot)
  7. Click the computer icon (red box in the screen shot)
